We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our products are designed with care to meet our quality standards and your quality expectations.
For any issues with your order you can contact customer support directly.
We have a 14 day exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately, we cannot exchange any items.
At this time we do not offer a refund policy. Returns are only eligible for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will also be responsible for a $10 reshipment fee to reship the order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
